A Los Angeles and Las Vegas-based Artist, received his BS in Fine Arts from Aquinas University of Legazpi City,Philippines.Since migrating to the U.S.,Billbon has participated in several exhibitions.In May 2002, he was one of six Artist featured at the Pacific Asia Museum art exhibition entitle "Images of our Heritage" in celebration of the Asian American Pacific Heritage Month.
